We chose this hotel for its beautiful location on the beach, which provided a perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The hotel's giant gardens were a tranquil escape, and we enjoyed leisurely walks through the well-maintained pathways. Additionally, being very close to the sea allowed us to embrace the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore.

We were disappointed to find out that there was no wifi in the rooms. It was quite inconvenient to have to rely on a cable connection, especially as a business and resort hotel.

I had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. The staff, although most of them didn't speak English, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful pools and hot springs. The hotel's location in the giant gardens and on a secluded beach made it the perfect oasis for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was impeccable.

This hotel is a splendid and luxurious venue with top-class amenities and exceptional service. The swimming pool is magnificent, with an infinity pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxation under the sun. The beach access and aqua park are a plus, giving a feeling of exclusivity. The garden area with mature trees is peaceful, and the outdoor hot spring Jacuzzi is fantastic.

We found only one minor issue. The prices for in-room breakfast were higher than expected.

The extensive and well-maintained grounds were a standout feature of this hotel, as was the large swimming pool and range of hot tubs. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of Western and Eastern food, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The huge outdoor pool made Christmas day a hit and the experience was unique.

The hotel's location was quite remote and made it difficult to get taxis without paying an extra surcharge. The beds were uncomfortable for Westerners and too narrow according to Chinese standards, while the foliage around the rooms attracted mosquitoes.

The view is unforgettable, and the staff made the difference, making this Lounge a step above the rest! , the service was excellent; everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy.

The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast boasts a variety of delicious options, and the gardens surrounding the hotel are vast and well-maintained.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a decent stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they offered complimentary drinks during the happy hour. Great location near the beach and some nice restaurants. The outdoor pool was nice and clean.

The wifi was spotty and often slow. Also, the air conditioning in the room was not very effective and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Sheraton in Haikou. The pools, hot springs, and general grounds area were absolutely beautiful. The gymnasium was well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and greeted us with smiles. The hotel was a small paradise, even though it was a bit far from downtown Haikou. The rooms, while slightly dated, were comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the in-house "breeze" restaurant. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. One of the best aspects was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was always willing to help. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the beautiful pools and lush gardens. Additionally, the location was very convenient -- it was close to the restaurant, and even some golf courses nearby.

All was perfect, and I cannot think of any negative aspects during my stay.

Room service was prompt and private facilities were exclusive. The restaurant had a variety of special diet menus and dinner was fantastic. The location was convenient and the garden area was well-maintained. The sauna and jacuzzi were available and the staff provided attentive service.

The only minor issue was that the pool with a view was slightly overcrowded, although it did not detract from our overall enjoyment.
